WeeDance / Creative Movement (2 & 3 year olds) Parent Assisted Class
This class is a great way for young children to experience the world of dance and music.
It includes a short warm-up, gentle stretching, and taking turns acros
s the floor and development of balance, rhythm, and motor skills like skipping, galloping, and hopping.

Pre-Ballet (3 year olds)
In this class concentration is placed on fine tuning motor skills, building teamwork, and expanding a sense of spatial awareness. Each week, instructors expect more of their students in terms of preparation, etiquette, and execution. Through American Ballet Theater´s curriculum, children begin to use dance steps in combinations to create short variations, as well as develop their pantomime and performance skills.

Ballet 1 (6-8 year olds)   &   Ballet II (8-14 years old)
The basic ballet vocabulary and technique is expanded along with exercises that support balance, posture and spatial awareness. The importance of musicality and self-expression continue to be stressed for this age group. Improvisation and directed individual and group movement patterns are explored.

Adult Ballet
Our Adult Program is open to anyone and is designed for the adult student who has no formal ballet training or who has studied ballet in the past and wishes to resume training. Emphasis will be on correct placement, body alignment, toning and stretching. Ongoing training in proper ballet techniques reshapes body lines, tones muscles, improves balance, strength, grace, and physical coordination in addition to deepening the appreciation of ballet as an art form.
